The Board of Directors has full control over the business affairs of MOSIP and the assets of each Series, subject to the rights of the Investors as provided in the Intergovernmental Agreement. The Board enters into contracts with various professional organizations to provide services to the Program. The Board oversees and reviews the activities of all consultants and professional advisors to the Program but is not directly involved in day-to-day operations.
