Timothy P. Sullivan joined PFM Asset Management LLC (PFMAM) as a Managing Director in 2004, following the acquisition of the cash management business of Cadre Financial Services, Inc. At PFMAM, Mr. Sullivan is responsible for the overall management of the firm's Midwest local government investment pool programs. In this capacity, he is directly responsible for the various Board of Trustees relationships and overall client activities. Prior to joining PFM, Timothy was a First Vice President at Cadre where his responsibilities included the management of nine local government investment pool programs with over $6 billion in assets. He headed up the firm's fixed income sales operations and managed over $4 billion in bond proceeds. In addition, Mr. Sullivan helped create the Illinois Institutional Investors Trust money market fund. Timothy was the National Sales Manager responsible for all revenue from Cadre's various product lines. This was accomplished through the management of both internal and external sales teams. He attended Villanova University where he received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees. He holds Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) Series 6, 7, 26 and 63 licenses.

In February 2004, William T. Sullivan, Jr. joined PFM Asset Management LLC as a Managing Director in the Long Island, New York office. Prior to this, Mr. Sullivan was Chairman and CEO of Cadre Financial Services, Inc., and its registered brokerage affiliate, Cadre Securities, Inc. His primary responsibility was the development, marketing and overall administration of liquid asset programs for school districts, municipalities, hospitals, health care providers and Taft Hartley Health & Welfare Benefit Trusts. These programs represented 3,000 public and private entities in 20 states with assets of over $7 billion under management or administration. For more than 30 years, Bill has been involved in the area of cash flow management and the investment of both operating and surplus funds. He is a nationwide speaker on the U.S. Banking system and cash management technologies. Prior to establishing Cadre in 1982, Bill was responsible for E.F. Hutton's banking relations and cash flow management in excess of $2 billion per day. He has served as consultant to the investment committee of the State of West Virginia, the Arizona State Retirement System, the Arkansas Legislative Auditors, Alitalia Airlines -North America, and National Securities Clearing Corporation. Mr. Sullivan attended Queens College, New York and holds a Series 6, 26, 40, and 63 designation from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”).

Trish Oppeau joined PFM's Asset Management Group with 18 years of investment experience. As a Director overseeing the St. Louis office, Mrs. Oppeau is responsible for managing client relationships throughout Missouri. She assists municipal governments, school districts, colleges and universities, and other political subdivisions with their cash flow analysis and overall investment needs. Her responsibilities also include providing a range of investment advisory and consulting services, developing investment policies, and monitoring guidelines and strategy implementation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Oppeau was a Vice President at Advisory Research where she was responsible for client services and new business development.  Formerly, she served as a senior marketing assistant with Kennedy Capital Management in St. Louis. Mrs. Oppeau’s experience also includes successful roles held at Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, CBIC Oppenheimer and Edward Jones.

Mrs. Oppeau holds a Bachelor of Science in communications management from Missouri State University and a Masters of Business Administration in management from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She is a General Securities Registered Representative holding FINRA Series 7 and 63 designations.

Jason Glidden joined PFM’s Asset Management Group after spending over 22 years providing liquidity and fixed income expertise to government entities, large corporations, and non-profits. In his current role at PFM, Mr. Glidden manages client relationships for a variety of clients located in Missouri. He assists municipal governments, school districts, colleges and universities, and other public authorities with their cash flow analysis and their overall investment needs. His responsibilities also include providing a range of investment advisory and consulting services, developing investment policies, and monitoring guidelines and strategy implementation. Mr. Glidden began his career with Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he spent 20 years, earning director level in their institutional fixed income division. While there, he was responsible for covering the Midwestern states of Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska and Iowa. Most recently, Mr. Glidden was Vice President at Bank of Oklahoma Financial Securities where he continued to focus on the investment needs of institutional clients throughout the Midwest. Mr. Glidden earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kansas and holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 security designations.

Mary Dix joined PFM Asset Management LLC in 2014 and currently serves as an analyst in the Midwest Asset Management Practice in the St. Louis, Missouri, office.  

Ms. Dix's primary role provides technical, analytical and marketing support for municipal governments, school districts and other public entities.  Her responsibilities include cash flow analysis, portfolio structuring, investment performance analysis and investment policy development.  

Ms. Dix received her Bachelor's degree from Western Illinois University and holds a Series 6 and 63 designation from FINRA.

Amber Cannegieter joined PFM in 2013 as a Key Account Manager for PFM’s Client Service Group. As a Key Account Manager, Amber’s primary responsibility is to provide customer service in everyday functions such as onboarding and new client administration and also to serve as a client advocate, providing a “high touch, high value” experience, whatever the client’s additional needs may be. Prior to PFM, Ms. Cannegieter most recently worked for Turner Investments, L.P. as a Director of Strategic Relationships within their Private Wealth Group. Amber was responsible for building relationships with key decision makers among wealth management firms to generate, pursue, and win business opportunities. Additionally, Amber met with current and prospective clients to introduce investment products and to review investment performance. Prior to her six years at Turner, Amber served as a Client Relationship Associate for the Vanguard Group. Amber has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Pennsylvania State University and is a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) registered representative holding Series 6, 7 and 63 licenses.

Michael Varano is a Managing Director of PFM Asset Management LLC and has been Senior Portfolio Manager in PFM's investment advisory practice since 1985. He is a member of PFM’s Investment Committee and Credit Committee as well as the firm’s Employee Advisory Committee. At PFM, Michael leads a team of portfolio managers, traders and research staff responsible for the management of more than $18 billion in money market funds for public agencies in 12 separate state programs. Additionally, he manages, develops strategies, and determines asset allocation for the investment of over $2 billion of assets in individual portfolios for school districts, cities, counties, state and local government agencies and self-insurance organizations. These assets include operating and surplus funds, bond proceeds, and self-insurance reserves. Throughout his career, Michael has accumulated valuable experience in portfolio management, investment analysis, asset/liability matching and in the development of innovative investment strategies for clients. His expertise includes navigating the fixed-income marketplace, risk management techniques, and IRS arbitrage regulations. Michael is a speaker and an instructor at investment management workshops and seminars for local government organizations nationally including the GFOA and ASBO. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting - Business Administration from Bloomsburg University.

Danny Nelson joined PFM Asset Management LLC in 2002 and is currently a Senior Managing Consultant in the Midwest region asset management practice.  In his current capacity, Mr. Nelson manages client relationships for a variety of clients primarily located in Illinois, Michigan, and Minnesota.  He assists municipal governments, school districts, and other public authorities with their cash flow analysis and their overall investment needs.  his responsibilities also include providing a range of investment advisory and consulting services, developing investment policies, and monitoring guidelines and strategy implementation.  In addition, Danny provides clients with training, technical, and analytical support with respect to their investment portfolios.  He is a graduate of Yale University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.  Danny is also a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA") registered representative and holds Series 6 and 63 licenses

Mr. Michael Steinbrook joined PFM Asset Management LLC in 2004 as a Consultant in the Arbitrage Rebate Practice in the Harrisburg office. Mr. Steinbrook's primary duties include performing a variety of arbitrage rebate compliance related analyses. He oversees arbitrage rebate compliance services for PFM’s clients in the north east and mid-western states and provides on-site group and individual client staff training regarding arbitrage rebate and post-issuance compliance. He is responsible for tracking arbitrage rebate compliance for PFM's Texas and Mid-West investment pools, and assists issuers in the development and implementation of investment strategies for tax-exempt bond proceeds that enable issuers to maximize retainable earnings. At PFM, Mr. Steinbrook has helped to reduce rebate liabilities for numerous issuers by reconstructing and reallocating cash flows, is responsible for fiscal and five-year computations for a large city in Texas, has completed a rebate compliance review for nearly 30 separate bond issues for a city in Florida, and provides comprehensive arbitrage rebate and yield restriction compliance services to state-level issuers in Massachusetts, Delaware, Texas, Illinois, Iowa, Indian and Connecticut. Mr. Steinbrook also serves as verification agent for PFM or BondResource Partners, LP (a wholly-owned subsidiary of PFM Asset Management LLC). He has provided refunding and escrow verification agent services for transactions including current and advance refundings, mixed escrows, escrow and bond yield computations, transferred proceeds penalty computations, variable rate yield projections and make-whole premium computations. Mr. Steinbrook is a graduate of Washington and Lee University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a dual degree in Accounting and earned a Master's in Business Administration in Finance and Accounting/Taxation from Fordham University.
